Chicago Rib House, Gurney Plaza
We had the Pork Rib, their signature dish.
The grilled rib with BBQ sauce. It was overall quite flavorsome.
The presentation of the dish was not as expected; as it comes with the salad which is only cabbages and a little of mayonnaise in the small plastic container on the plate...
The promotion was rm56 for 2 pax. Yes, although quite worth it but i would say they need to make the soup a little bigger bowl and less spicy.

Restaurant KGCR Mikuriya Station
We always find it hard to find a good place with air-conditioned restaurant in Kulim during lunch hour. You may find this Restaurant KGCR Mikuriya Station in the Kulim Golf & Country Resort Clubhouse (KGCR) itself. You might wonder how does this Mikuriya name comes from? The name Mikuriya Station actually comes from the railway station in Japan: Nagasaki & Tottori.
They have this Express Set Lunch served with RM14.80/set. This include 1 fish dish with 1 type of vegetable of the day with unlimited rice.
They have 5 different types of sauce and cooking style for the Tilapia fish…We ordered every of the sets to try out together.
*The Spicy Nyonya style steamed Tilapia fish with add-on of vegetable.The sauce has the turmeric with garlic and chilis. It is not too spicy and too aromatic for me…
*I prefer the Steamed Fish with some garlic. It’s just a simple sauce with steaming of the fish yet it’s quite good.
*Another good one is the Sweet and sour tilapia fish.
*Those who like spicy one can choose the Spicy kampong style curry fish, catfish.
*For those that cannot take too spicy dish, can try the Deep-fried Tilapia fish Set.
We had the boiled Celery with garlic as well.
It's quite worth the price, with the size of the dish...
My suggestion is to call for booking 15minutes before you reach.
